Exterior Footing Repairs are when the outside walls of a structure are sinking. Process of repair is to dig underneath the footing and drive piers into the ground until they can go any further, once proper pressure is achieved the weight of the structure is transferred to the pier system and it will no longer depend on the failing soils.
